This new toy is solar powered. It's too bad that its gonna take about 200 hrs to charge up though. UGH I sometimes HATE being Captain Planet...


Later on I went to go check out my buddy Paul's band today in Aldrich Park. They were playing some songs for the Relay for Life event that's passing through Irvine. Yall know that I'm down with more rap and hip hop and R&B, but Zephyr Riot is an exception. Their unique style, sound, and dedication is something that's gonna take them VERY far in the future. Hell, they're still practicing right now! Bottom line, I really enjoyed listening to them! Zephyr Riot straight RIPPED it. Zephyr Riot @Myspace

After that, I went on a little adventure with Garrick. We've been craving Popeye's Chicken for quite some time now, and so we figured this was our chance. So we hopped on over to the location in Westminster. Popeye's is selling their chicken for a STEAL. 9 piece assorted chicken OR chicken strips for...$7.99!! So you KNOW we had to grab both...

18 pieces of chicken later...AND THERE WAS ONE.


The quest of delicious things did NOT end at Popeye's, down the street we checked out Rainbow Donut. This joint got 4.5 STARS ON YELP, so its GOTTA be worth it. Copped some donut holes, and just a bit more... :). Garrick bought lotto and scratchers. In all, GOOD DEAL.
