"Whatchu doin wit that sculpture yo? Oh it ain't nothin..."

Like I've been saying from time and time again, the state of hip hop is corrupt under the umbrella of big business and the music industry itself. Hell, I'm writing a 10 page paper on this for one of my classes. I came across this VERY good interview of Questlove from The Roots, and he explains how a song on the radio gets into your head. Basically, those songs you really liked that you heard on the radio would never had been there if there wasn't this crude business technique employed by record labels. It's sad that hip hop is all about the money nowadays. enjoy.
